PARTICIPANTS
With an optimum group size of 15 to 25 individuals,
you may select individuals from the same division, department,
management or staff levels, or a variety of individuals
who are the current and future leaders of your organization.
LOCATION
For the purposes of minimizing distractions and maximizing
concentration, we prefer to conduct this program at
a place other than your normal place of business.

TIME INVESTMENT
Depending on the issues and number of attendees, this
program can be conducted in two or three days.
CONTENT
Utilizing a variety of participant based activities,
this customized program features the use of many learning
activities to analyze and discuss participants' leadership
styles and effectiveness. The activities include break
out groups, leadership style exercise(s), an advanced
discussion of a leadership style instrument, individual
participant feedback from other participants, and the
formulation and development of a personal action plan
for each participant. A summary report is provided to
each participant at the conclusion of the program.
