Participants who experience this program learn effective management skills and leadership styles. They become aware of the importance of building strong, quality, working relationships with coworkers at all levels. Personal leadership strengths and management behaviors requiring improvement are identified and addressed.
Together with Innovative Resources Consultant Group, Inc., each participant will develop a viable action plan ready for immediate implementation. In continuing support, we are in contact with each
participant on a quarterly basis regarding their action plan.

Participants...With an optimum group size of 16 to 24, you may select participants for this program from any level of management. We can also design and conduct a special program for your general employee population.
Location...For the highest level of concentration, and to ensure the best results possible, this program is best conducted at a site separate from your place of business.
Time Investment...While effective presentation of this program requires two or three days to complete, we can divide the subject matter into full day or multi-day segments that are coordinated with the schedules of the participants.
Content...Very active in style, this program features the use of an interactive board game, actual participant case studies and development exercises, as well as individual and confidential one-one-one meetings with our program facilitators. We also utilize a customized "360-degree" questionnaire that is completed by each participant's peers, subordinates and superiors. The feedback from this questionnaire is used to help formulate a personal action plan for
each participant. A summary report is provided to each participant at
the conclusion of the program.
