This highly interactive program provides participants with knowledge and skills needed to effectively influence team members throughout their organization, weather or not they have authority.
Participants . . . You may select individuals from any level of your organization with an optimum group size of 12 - 25. The individuals that you select for this program may be a homogenous group (from the same department or from a similar management or staff level) or a mix of individuals chosen to improve and enhance communications throughout your organization.
Location . . . To minimize distractions and maximize learning, we prefer to conduct this program separate from your place of business.
Time Investment . . . This program can be facilitated in one to two days depending on your needs. The full two-day program includes more interaction and practice with the concepts presented.
Content . . . Influence Advantage is a very interactive program. Conducted in a facilitated style, we use presentations, discussions, break out groups, hands on activities and an in-depth customized case study to enhance learnings and back on the job application. Generalized or customized topics may also be addressed to improve, facilitate and develop other relevant issues within your organization.
