The Performance Management Program

PARTICIPANTS

Supervisory or managerial level individuals are best suited for this program. Key employees from lower levels may also be included to support your management development efforts. Groups of 15 to 24 are preferred.

LOCATION

For your convenience, this program may be held at your place of business or at an off-site location.

TIME INVESTMENT

Entirely dependent on the number of topics that you select, this program may be accomplished in one to two days. For your convenience, the subject matter may be divided into several partial-day segments.

CONTENT

Conducted in a facilitated, interactive program style, we utilize presentations, discussions, break out groups, exercises and video labs to meet your specific course objectives. In addition, we examine actual participant case studies to gain insight to common performance management situations.
