- Align Organizational Efforts
This program is designed as a tool to identify the strengths and opportunities of your management as individuals and as members of a management group.
Participants . . . Small groups of 6 to 18 individuals has proven to be the optimum size. Participants should be the decision makers of your organization. Primary candidates may include management from a single department, representatives from multiple departments or members of a task oriented management team.
Location . . . While this program may be held at your place of business, we find that a neutral, off-site location is most effective to ensure maximum concentration and dedication to the subject matter.
Time Investment . . . Depending on the selected topics to be addressed, and the degree of interactive challenges to be resolved, this program may be accomplished in a half day or may require up to three days. If conducted as a retreat, the sessions will be consecutive. A multi-day program, conducted in a meeting format, may be divided into partial day segments for your convenience.
Content . . . Because the participants are interviewed in advance to determine their specific needs, the topics are pre-selected and facilitated in fast-paced and interactive sessions. Discussions may be limited to a specific subject, or a number of subjects, that require intense attention and a defined resolution. Generalized topics may also be addressed to improve, facilitate and streamline your management as a whole. We provide a summary report, complete with suggested actions, to each participant at the conclusion of the program.
