The Process
By conducting fast paced, facilitated group visioning sessions with selected members of your management, and staff, we assist you and your organization identify where you are today, where you want to be tomorrow and develop a comprehensive plan of action.
Depending on the size of your organization and the expediency you require, our customized Strategic Visioning process may be accomplished in as little as one month, or may require up to six months.
